Rates and Rules

WINE TOURS- Available 7 days a week. Wineries can be selected by you or you can let Magic Carpet select for you.

TOURS OF 14:  4  hour tour $599 - extra hours are available at $99 per hour for any portion thereafter.  Time begins at 1st pick up.   4 hours will normally cover 3 wineries (depending on time constraints).  Above prices include champagne, soft drinks and bottled water but does NOT INCLUDE Wine tasting fees.

TOURS OF 1-6:  4 hour tour $250, additional hours are available at $50 per hour. The Magic Carpette Van includes bottle of champagne, soft drinks and bottled water. You can request the seats all facing forward or facing eachother.

WEEKDAY DEALS: Limo-Bus, which holds up to 14 is $99 per hour (4 hour minimum)         The Carpette Van, which holds up to 5 is $50 per hour (4 hour minimum)                  Monday-Fridays, not only do we give you a deal, selected wineries offer quite a savings.

Prices do NOT INCLUDE  Wine tasting fees or Gratuities. 

Out Of Area: Pick ups beyond a 25 mile radius from Corona may include a service charge LIMO/VAN:   Escondido ($99/$50) Fallbrook ($99/$50) -Oceanside/Vista ($198/$100) - and Orange County ($198/$100).                                                                                     We no longer pick up from San Diego or Los Angeles area, however, you might want to save some of the out of area fee and get picked up from one of the many Park and Ride locations.

LUNCH- Picnic lunches from Panera Bakery may be purchased for $10 per person (these must be ordered in advance). A Picnic lunch will take about 30 minutes.  Or you may choose to dine at a winery restaurant (for about $25, paid at restaurant) and should take from 45 minutes to an hour.

WINE TASTING FEES- are not included in the TOUR prices and they vary from $5-$15 per person at each winery (Premium tasting will cost more).  Most tastings include a souvenir glass others may be purchased.  

OTHER EVENTS- 14 people maximum. 4 hour minimum @ $599 includes champagne, bottled water and soft drinks.  Extra hours available for $99.00 each hour.                         

PAYMENT INFORMATION- One credit card per party.  Address should match credit card billing. If tour is scheduled within two days time, cash will be required at pick up time.

RESERVATION AGREEMENT- In the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter, Magic Carpet will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.  The client assumes full financial liablility for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their patry.  A fee of $250 for each carpet or seat burn.  Any fines will be paid for the the customer.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a 20% reservation fee of the total booking amount, which is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.  At least a 72 hour cancellation notice (prior to the date of service) will be accepted, but any notice within the 72 hours will require full payment of the scheduled service.

ADULTS ONLY- These are wine tasting tours and ID will be checked by the driver and at the wineries.
